Refund Policy

Return Information

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

Processing

Please allow 5-7 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. 

Any current promotions cannot and will not be applied to any past purchases or orders

The Maude Shop reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. You can always contact us for any return question at returns@themaudeshop.com


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, international orders, or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
